Message to Clients From Connecting Point

All of us at Connecting Point take the current virus situation very seriously. We have the health and safety of the public, our team members, and yours in mind as we conduct business. Like many others, we are following the recommendations of the CDC to give the safest environment possible and slow the spread of this virus. We understand that many of you also are trying to conduct business yet with the same goals in mind.   As part of our protocol to be a good partner we have the following:

  • We will perform as much work remote via email, phone, chat, screen shares instead of onsite visits.
  • We will only come to your business if deemed necessary by you and approved by your management
  • We are sending any employees exhibiting symptoms home, and advise they be tested ASAP
  • We will wipe down all equipment and work spaces before and after the work is performed at your site.
  • We will continue to update our website daily on our operational status.
  • We will work with you on an individual basis to address any concerns on equipment delivery, project timelines, etc.
  • We expect increased cybercrime activity during this time.  It’s important you remind staff and be watchful of your systems and information.
